At Hazzit Mkhulu (Pty) Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality PPE and workwear at competitive prices, with excellent service to ensure our clients are fully satisfied with their purchases.
Because PPE and workwear fall into categories of personal use items, our Returns Policy is designed to protect the health, safety, and satisfaction of all our clients.
We decided to add this to information our purchasing page for all our clients benefit.
Returns Policy
Management Discretion – All returns are subject to management’s assessment and approval. We reserve the right to decline a return based on the condition of the item returned or other reasonable grounds.
Garments – Garments may be returned within 2 days of purchase, provided they have not been worn, washed, or damaged, and are returned in their original packaging.
Other PPE / Workwear Items – For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of bodywear, footwear, safety equipment, or any other PPE/workwear items once purchased.
Correct Sizing – To avoid incorrect orders, please measure carefully (waist, chest, and shoulder size) before placing your order.
Size Charts – Please use the size charts available at the link provided to assist in selecting the correct fit.
Larger Sizes – Please note that larger sizes may carry additional costs.
Why Returns Are Limited
PPE and workwear are personal-use products; once issued, they cannot be resold to another client without compromising hygiene and safety.
Allowing returns only on unworn, undamaged garments within 2 days, subject to management approval, balances customer flexibility with health and safety obligations.
Final approval for all returns rests with management, ensuring fairness to both the business and our clients.
Our clients prefer new, unused products, and we are committed to meeting those expectations.
We kindly ask that you double-check your sizing and order details before completing your purchase to ensure complete satisfaction.
