Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Do you have a physical store? We are a purely online or digital store and we do not have a physical store or shop.
- How do you deliver? We use courier services to deliver to your door. In some instances our partners deliver on our behalf. We will inform you in advance.
- How long do I wait to get my order? The norm is 1-5 working days for standard and ready made goods. However we do strive to deliver as soon as possible (very next day). For custom made goods it may take 3 - 7 working days to manufacture your and deliver your order. Gifts will be delivered in 3-5 working days from payment clearance date. We do not operate over weekends and public holidays.
- How should I pay for my order? We do assist with Yoco and Payfast as well as EFT (Bank Transfer).
- Why should I use Yoco or PayFast for my Gift order? You may use Yoco or PayFast as well as EFT as a payment method.
- What information do I need to give for my gift to be delivered on time? We would require the recipients physical address and cellphone number so that the courier may notify the recipient! Also, should there be a third party receiving the gift on the recipient's behalf, we would also need the third party's full name and cellphone number.
- What is your delivery fee? Currently we have a delivery fee starting from R69. Yet, this may be a bit more based on the delivery address (for example outlying areas or distant locations) as well weight or size of the package. You will be informed in advance.
- May I collect my order instead? No. We only delivery orders at present. No collection point.
- What if nobody is available to receive my delivery? We will follow normal courier rules. The courier will have to return the order to us and you will be liable for a second delivery fee.
- Should there be nobody to receive my delivery as arranged, and I cannot take delivery, will I be liable for another delivery fee? Yes, and to the full amount or more should courier fees have changed.
- What does Hazzit Mkhulu do? We assist clients and businesses by sourcing quality goods to help them meet their goals and business requirements.
- May I send you my CV for any future positions? We appreciate that you want to be part of our team. We will advertise any positions online.
- Do you have any Reseller opportunities? Currently we do not and we will advertise once we do.

14a Hazzit Mkhulu guarantees that the products you buy will not have defects and will be delivered undamaged and in the quantities you ordered or can supply. Acceptance of returns is subject to management's approval.
14b Hazzit Mkhulu tries to deliver products in great condition. If you find a fault, please tell us right away when you receive it. We will then consider options like repair, replacement, or refund. You must keep the product as it is and make it available for us or our agent to check within a reasonable time. Following the Consumer Protection Act and these terms, we can decide whether to repair, replace, or refund a faulty product.
14c Returns must be in original condition and packaging. For packaging products: products must be unused and uncontaminated. Any sign of usage or contamination will render the products not returnable.
14d Hazzit Mkhulu may collect returnables and may refund products after our suppliers/manufacturers have accepted the return. Should our partners not accept or refund a reduced amount. This shall apply to the refund amount payable less delivery/collection costs.
14e Refunds exclude delivery charges and collection costs of the returned items. This is to include courier, transportation and other related costs and incidental costs related to the return.
