Do you have a physical store? We are a purely online or digital store and we do not have a physical store or shop.
How do you deliver? We use courier services to deliver to your door. In some instances our partners deliver on our behalf. We will inform you in advance.
How long do I wait to get my order? The norm is 2-5 working days for standard and ready made goods. However we do strive to deliver as soon as possible (very next day). For custom made goods it may take 3 - 7 working days to manufacture your and deliver your order. Gifts will be delivered on the same day if the order and payment is received before 9.30am or the very next working day. We do not operate over weekends and public holiday.
How should I pay for my order? We do assist with Yoco and Payfast as well as EFT (Bank Transfer). For Gifts please use Yoco and PayFast.
Why should I use Yoco or PayFast for my Gift order? By using these payment methods, we will receive a notification and guarantee of payment and thus you will not have to wait for clearance of payment for delivery of your gift. EFT (bank transfers) will result in delays in delivery as we may need to wait 2-3 working days for your payment to clear into our bank account.
What information do I need to give for my gift to be delivered on time? We would require the recipients physical address and cellphone number so that the courier may notify the recipient that they have a special delivery! Also, should there be a third party receiving the gift on the recipient's behalf, we would also need the third party's full name and cellphone number.
What is your delivery fee? Currently we have a delivery fee of R175, which is our standard fee. Yet, this may be a bit more based on the delivery address (for example outlying areas or distant locations) as well weight or size of the package. You will be informed in advance. For Hazzit Gifts, the delivery fee is R130 nationwide
Why is the delivery for Hazzit Gifts at a different fee? We have a special delivery agreement for this range of products which cannot be applied to other product categories as our products are sourced from various suppliers which results in differing arrangements and agreements of trade.
May I collect my order instead? No. We only delivery orders at present.
What does Hazzit Mkhulu do? We assist clients and businesses by sourcing quality goods to help them meet their goals and business requirements.

Do you have any Reseller opportunities? Currently we do not and we will advertise once we do.
