Artwork Requirements:
To ensure the best print quality, please provide your artwork in the following format:
- File type: PDF (preferred), or high-resolution JPEG/PNG
- Resolution: Minimum of 300 DPI
- Size: Set to the final print size (e.g. A1, A2, etc.)
- Colour mode: CMYK
- Bleed: Include a 3–5 mm bleed if your design extends to the edges
- Fonts: Please convert all fonts to outlines or embed them
- Images: Ensure all images are high resolution (no pixelation)
Cost to create a design includes the below:
Standard Setup Print fee is R199.99 (once off & Incl Vat)
Artwork fee is R299.99 per hour (applicable only for complex artwork)
Please let us know your preferred board shape and size, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
If we are supplied the wording (text), along with the required size and chosen font, then only the once-off setup fee of R199.99 will apply.
The hourly artwork fee of R299.99 is generally applicable when design work or more complex artwork is required, which would not be the case if it is text-only.
You are also welcome to select own preferred font for us to use.
Regarding pricing for welcome boards, costs can vary depending on the size, material, and finishing for round and square/rectangle formats. Thus please request a quote based on your requirements.
